Ardmore has been appointed to deliver residential fit-out works at The Whiteley, the large-scale redevelopment of the former Whiteleys shopping centre in London’s Bayswater. The Whiteley is a joint-venture development by MARK and C C Land, with Finchatton acting as development manager, and it is due to be completed in 2023.
Designed by Foster + Partners, the £111 million fit-out contract will see Ardmore deliver 139 world-class modern residences, providing over 300,000 sq ft of exceptional residential space.
In addition to the new residences, The Whiteley will deliver up to 20 new shops, cafes and restaurants, a central public courtyard, a cinema, a gym and London’s flagship Six Senses hotel and spa with 110 rooms, as well as a social wellness club, all set behind a retained and restored Grade II-listed façade.
James Byrne, Ardmore Director, said: “We are thrilled to be appointed to deliver the residential fit-out package at The Whiteley, which adds to our exceptional portfolio of luxury residential schemes in London. We’ve assembled a fantastic team, who are looking forward to working closely with MARK, C C Land and Finchatton to bring their World-Class vision to life.”
Construction has already commenced on the main works, with fit-out works scheduled to complete for 2023.
