Home Product News New cordless combi-hammer from Hilti

Hilti has expanded its range of next-generation cordless tools with the launch of the TE 60-A36 SDS MAX Cordless combihammer, which delivers the same powerful performance as the corded equivalent.

The new tool creates 8.1 Joules (J) of impact energy at 3,300 impacts-per-minute, making it perfectly suited for drilling and chiselling in concrete, brick and masonry.

Power is supplied by the new Hilti 36 V/9.0 Ah battery, ensuring it’s capable of delivering more than 5.5 m of 20 mm diameter linear drilling on a single charge.

The new combihammer is also fitted with the Cordless Power Care (CPC) system to ensure consistent power supply. In addition, it is equipped with Active Torque Control (ATC), which protects both the operator and the tool in case there’s a sudden rebar strike. The Active Vibration Reduction (AVR) technology also reduces vibration by up to 50 per cent.

Additionally, the tool is compatible with the Hilti TE DRS-Y dust removal system, which, when combined with a Hilti M-class vacuum, operates virtually dust-free.
